The beauty industry can provide a fun and exciting career but can result in pain and injury over time. Learn basics yoga techniques and ergonomics to foster a long and healthy career in the beauty industry.

Prerequisites: Cosmetology students and graduates must have completed Cos Esthetics Skin and Wax Week. Esthetics students must have completed basics. Cos and Esthetics alumni.
