Esthetics: Microneedling & Medium Depth Peel Demonstration and Solo Esthetician Blueprint

• Requirement: Mandatory for esthetics seniors. Open to cosmetology students who have completed Cos Esthetics, cos and esthetics alumni.
• Overview: Niki Helton, Owner of Helton House Aesthetics, and Ashley Morrow, owner of Pure Radiance Skin Care and Permanent Makeup, will be presenting the Advanced Treatment Demonstration of Microneedling and Medium Depth Peels and talking about the solo esthetician blueprint.
• Solo Esthetician Blueprint – This Is a lecture designed for the students planning to go solo but also has benefits to those that do not know what they plan to do. This will be more on the business of creating a beauty business not a hobby career. I am deeply passionate about this because I wish so badly I had been better prepared when I go out of school, so I am committed to helping new girls avoid the pitfalls I went through when I went solo. This class will go over why you need to structure your business as well as allow the students to ask questions for someone that has done this from the beginning and help them understand further how to plan and choose their paths. This is something that all the students can attend, while it is going to be more specific to skin, it’s applicable to nails and hair as well since we all fall under the same umbrella with the state. This class will not require anything other than a notebook and listening ears. This will also include the importance of social media and how to use it for your business. There is no required class size. This is a much more filtered down class because the full mentorship is something we need much more time for and the full mentorship is paid, but I want to be of use and help to the new girls in the industry and make sure they are ready to start when they pass their boards!

With a strong passion for education and results-driven skin health, Ashley specializes in combining clinical techniques with practical, real-world application. Through demonstrations and hands-on instruction, she enjoys helping future estheticians build confidence, understand treatment protocols, and deliver safe, effective results for a wide range of skin types and concerns. Her teaching style focuses on education, technique, and thoughtful client care to support long-term success in the treatment room.

  Niki is a results-oriented aesthetician, and loves what she does! She focuses on tricky skin conditions and easy homecare routines. Niki thrives in problem-solving and trying to make skin less intimidating and simple to work with. She adore her clients and the connections she creates with them.
