The Student you are booking with is also a customer of the School, working on their State licensure requirements
During very busy times, the Student may have availability for an appointment on a particular day/time slot, but the resource needed for the appointment is not available (ie; Facial room, Pedicure station, etc). It’s not unusual for our resources to be full during a busy schedule time
If the above scenario happens, work with the front desk to find the next available time the student, and an open resource is available for your desired appointment
Occasionally, our Students may be absent on the day of your appointment. If this happens, we will work with you to reschedule OR, if you’re already here on campus (morning appointments), we’ll attempt to find an available student for your appointment
Because we are a school, a Student may also become unavailable for a scheduled appointment due to class schedule changes or other education-related events. Again, we will work to reschedule your appointment if this happens
