Electronic Filing Nail Class

*Optional for cosmetology juniors, seniors, and alumni.
Prerequisite: Must have completed the nails portion of their program, bring their own brushes, and arrive with naked nails.
Learn the fundamentals of proper electric file usage, including terminology and concepts such as torque and RPM, proper posture, and client safety. Learn how to prepare a natural nail, remove gel polish, blend a tip, and perform a dry manicure. Students are required to come with bare nails, as the dry manicure portion is an exchange. Registration Policy: Please check prerequisites prior to registering for a class. You may not register if you have any other prior commitment, including dispense, laundry, salon host, freshman class, or a client appointment.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations for current students are not allowed.
Attendance: Attendance taken at the start of class, anymore more than 10 minutes late will have their schedule reopened to take appointments. You may not register if you have any other prior commitment, including dispense, laundry, salon host, freshman class, or a client appointment.
