• Overview: Join Marti Hutchinson for an empowering business-focused class designed specifically for new beauty professionals. This class will teach students how to identify their ideal client, build authentic relationships that generate referrals, create a strong personal brand, and develop the foundational mindset needed to grow a successful beauty business in today’s industry. Students will gain real-world insight into networking, collaboration, social media, client connection, and the strategies that help beauty professionals stand out in a competitive market, all while learning how to build a career that feels authentic, sustainable, and aligned with who they are.

• Prerequisite Must be an esthetic junior, senior, or alumni or cos student or alumni who have completed cos e: skin & wax weeks.
