Oliver Finley Academy Public and Student APPS
Oliver Finley Academy of Cosmetology utilizes mobile software applications (APP) available on the iTunes store and Google play store to interact with our prospects, students and the general public who have chosen to download the application to any of their personal devices. By downloading the application, the end user agrees that Oliver Finley Academy can communicate with them using any of the Applications communication methods. As well, the user agrees that Oliver Finley Academy has the right to duplicate and reuse any information provided to them via the Applications for any purposes both on & off-line. The Apps are primarily intended for engagement purposes but also can/will be used for sharing advertisements, generating referrals from users and other business related activities.
Third Party Content
Nothing in the Terms transfers to you any right, title or interest in any Content, including any intellectual property or content of third parties included on the Site.
Your Use of the Sites
You may use or download Content for research or educational purposes, or for your personal, noncommercial purposes, provided you keep unchanged all copyright and other notices with them. No other use of any Content is permitted unless a specific use is expressly sated as to particular Content. You agree that you will make only lawful use of the Sites, and will use the Sites only in compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Oliver Finley Academy of Cosmetology may change, suspend, discontinue or remove any aspect of the Sites at any time, without prior notice, including the availability of any Site feature, services or Content or any material you have Published. Use by Oliver Finley Academy of Cosmetology Employees
If you are an employee, agent, contractor, or are otherwise employed by Oliver Finley Academy of Cosmetology, these Terms constitute and supplement policy on Acceptable Use of Oliver Finley Information Technology Resources. Portions of these Sites are not public. Use of non-public portions of the Sites is restricted to authorized Oliver Finley Academy personnel and authorized Oliver Finley Students and Alumni. All use of restricted portions of the Sites may be monitored and/or recorded by Oliver Finley Academy administration staff. By using restricted portions of the Sites, you expressly consent to any monitoring and recording of your activities while in such restricted areas. In the event monitoring reveals any indications of criminal activity, system administration staff will have the right, but not the obligation, to provide any such information to law enforcement personnel.
Use by Children
The Site is intended for adults aged 18 and older. It is not intended for or directed at persons under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you may not register or submit personally identifiable information to or through the Site. Oliver Finley Academy does not collect personally identifiable information through the Site from any person Oliver Finley Academy actually knows to be under the age of 18.
Use of the Oliver Finley Academy iTunesU sites/pages
Use of the Oliver Finley Academy iTunesU sites (both public pages and private courses) is open to the Public where specified and by invitation for private student courses. All use of Oliver Finley Academy iTunesU materials must comply with the guidelines set forth in the Oliver Finley Academy useage Privileges and Policies (see iTunesU policies posted by Apple). All use of the Oliver Finley Academy Digital materials must also comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to; copyright law & any usage licenses assigned to each course and all materials.

The Site may contain links to third party sites. Any outside links are provided only as a convenience. Your use of outside links is at your sole risk. Any links from the Site do not constitute the Oliver Finley Academy’s endorsement of any third party, its Web site, or its goods or services. Oliver Finley Academy is not responsible for any Web sites, services or other materials linked to or from the Sites, and disclaims all liability for any injury you may experience by using such materials. Order Processing:
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Shipping Delivery
The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (5–7 business days), Ship to Store (5-7 business days), Second Day (2 business days) and Next Day (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground or Ship to Store available. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
Standard Ground:
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 5 – 7 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee.
Ship to Store:
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 5 – 7 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to our Alaska stores will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery.
Second Day:
Second Day is only available to our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm MT on a business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00pm MT will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
Next Day:
Next Day delivery is only available to our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm MT on a business day, and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm MT will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
Return Policy
With a Receipt (In Store or Via Mail):
If your oliverfinley.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within three months (90 days) of purchase. To return an item (excluding sample products), the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. You may return the item to our campus store or by mail. If you want to return an item by mail, follow steps below:
- Call the school at 208.658.1115 and ask for our Front Desk Manager.
- We will prepare and provide a return shipping label via email.
- Print the return label and adhere it to your package.
- Drop-off the package at your nearest UPS location.
Without a Receipt (In Store):
If you would like to return an item (excluding sample products) but do not have the receipt (packing slip or confirmation email), you will be required to present a valid photo ID (Acceptable forms of ID include U.S., Canada or Mexico Driver’s License, U.S. state-issued ID, Canadian Provincial ID, Passport or U.S. Military ID). Oliver Finley Academy will make every attempt to assist in locating a receipt by offering receipt look-up for online or in-store purchases made. For receipts located, returns will follow the Return with Receipt method. The item value will be verified and retained by Oliver Finley Academy.
Refunds:
The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase except as specified below:
- Purchases made with a debit card will be refunded as cash.
- A Store Return Credit will be issued for all purchases made using a gift card or gift receipt/purchases.
Exchanges:
At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it using our returns process and then place a new order.
